Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

We normally ship my items via Royal Mail which allows basic tracking and delivery confirmation. UK postage will usually take 3-5 days (2nd class). For the standard International shipping service, it takes around 5-10 working days but please allow up to 20 days. If you prefer another mailing service, please contact us prior to your payment. We are unable to guarantee any delivery dates with standard mail. We would advise upgrading to courier shipping or special delivery if you need the item fully tracked with a given delivery date.

 

If you need something sooner, please add ‘Rush Job’ to your cart and we can then discuss what options are available. Please note that this will be subject to current order volume and not always possible, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

As each tutu dress, tutu skirt or embellished cape is custom made to order, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on these products should you change your mind. This is because custom made products are unique to you and cannot be resold.  If they are faulty we will offer a refund or replacement for you. If you do have a problem please contact us and we can discuss the issue to a satisfactory resolution.

 

Accessories may be returned or exchanged within 28 days of purchase. After this time period we cannot accept any returns. A refund will be issued once the product has been received. Returns will not be accepted if the tags have been removed, there is evidence of wear or misuse.  Please package the product to be returned suitably, and retain proof of postage for any returns as we are not liable for any return that goes missing or that are damaged in the post. All postage and packaging charges are non-refundable.
